According to a 1991 Gallop poll, only about 5% of scientists are creationists. And that number drops to 0.15% if only scientists who work in the earth and life sciences are counted. And that is in the United States, which has more creationists than any other country in the world. If the rest of the world is tallied up, the number of creation scientists drops to less than one tenth of one percent.
